Custom Corrugated Packaging
Corrugated Boxes Built to Survive the Truck
More than 95% of products in the U.S. ship in corrugated — but a box that holds up in the warehouse and one that survives the freight network are not the same thing. We engineer the board, flute, and structure to your product so it arrives intact and on brand.

A Reliable USA Box Partner — Without the Vendor Headaches
Corrugated is the cornerstone of cost-effective protection: recyclable, customizable, and strong. With e-commerce raising the bar on both durability and presentation, the box is doing more work than ever — protecting the product and carrying your brand to the customer’s door.
Whether you need a simple kraft shipper, a printed die-cut box, or retail-ready packaging, we help you pick the right structure for your product and budget — then back it with low minimums, predictable USA lead times, and honor-the-quote pricing. No import-fee surprises, no silence after the order.
Why Corrugated, Done Right, Wins
Exceptional Protection
The multi-layered structure absorbs shocks and impacts, minimizing damage and getting items to their destination in pristine condition.
Fully Customizable
Size, shape, board grade, printing, and labeling all flex to your product and brand — a tailored solution, not an off-the-shelf compromise.
Eco-Friendly
Recyclable, renewable, and often reusable as-is. Many case styles collapse flat and ship again, cutting both cost and footprint.
Cost-Effective
Generally the most economical packaging type — a balance of affordability and protection that works for businesses of every size.
Efficient to Handle & Store
Lightweight, sturdy, and stackable. Optimized box design streamlines warehouse space and logistics, lowering operational cost.
Common Corrugated Box Styles
The applications are nearly endless, so choosing the right structure matters. These are the styles we build most — and where each one earns its place.
Regular Slotted Container (RSC)
The workhorse shipping and storage box. Outer flaps meet at the center and close with tape or staples. No cutting die required, which keeps cost down.
Full Overlap Container (FOL)
Flaps fully overlap to cover the box opening, adding strength at the ends — top, bottom, or both. Also eases assembly on smaller shippers.
Die-Cut Front Tuck Shipper
Requires a custom cutting die for a versatile, protective box that takes graphics and inserts well — ideal when presentation matters as much as protection.
One Piece Folder (OPF)
A single flat sheet that folds into a flat-bottom box — perfect for books, marketing kits, and other shallow, flat media.
Full Telescope Design (FTD)
A separate top and bottom that telescope together, with the cover sliding fully over the body for added side strength — suited to high-stacking of fragile items.
Printing & Branding Options
Custom-printed corrugated is an inexpensive, effective way to build brand awareness. Two main methods cover most needs:
Direct Printing
Graphics printed directly onto the corrugated — cost-effective and ideal for simpler designs and larger bulk runs.
Litho Label Printing
A high-quality printed paper label laminated to the box surface for superior image quality and finishing — best for high-resolution graphics and a premium look. Higher cost, higher impact.
Common Questions
Corrugated Packaging Questions, Answered
Why is corrugated preferred for shipping?
Structural strength and cushioning protect goods in transit, it’s lightweight (lowering shipping cost), and it’s highly customizable to any product dimension. It’s the default for good reason.
Can corrugated be customized to any product size?
Yes — any size and shape, with the corrugation type and board thickness tuned for the protection you need. We handle the structural design as part of the quote.
Do all corrugated boxes need a cutting die?
No. Standard styles like the RSC fold from a single sheet with no die. Die-cut boxes — custom shapes and features — require a one-time cutting die, which we factor into the quote up front.
How should I decide between direct and litho printing?
Direct printing is more economical for simpler designs and larger quantities. Litho label printing costs more but delivers high-resolution, premium graphics. We’ll recommend based on your artwork and volume.
Why switch to a USA corrugated supplier?
You skip tariff exposure and overseas lead-time uncertainty, get predictable timelines, and deal with one accountable contact — with low MOQs and no surprise setup fees.
